“ Had the cobb salad and it was plentiful. The customer was professional and courteous. If you love chicken is a great place to eat. Yes, the cost was on a higher scale then most fast foods but I think it taste fresher than most. ”
“ ChickfilA is always on top of their game! Havent been inside this particular location for a long time, but we went in to eat last night and the service was excellent as well as the food, not to mention the dining room was clean as a whistle. The young lady who checked me out was very hospitable and even held the door for us as we were leaving! All around great visit! ”
“ We love ChickfilA, and apparently so does most of Morgantown, WV because it was super busy at lunchtime. That said they were pretty speedy getting us through the drive through. We use the app to order in advance and we LOVE the locations that allow us to scan a bar code and zip right through, but unfortunately the Patterson Drive ChickfilA DOES NOT have that option. Still, the food was great as always, the order was correct and even though there was a line through the drive through and the parking lot was filled with cars of those diningin, the wait was reasonable which means management is on top of the situation. We did notice two other fastfood restaurants nearby were not enjoying anything close to the patronage of ChickfilA which tells its own tale. We wont hesitate to return even at a busy time of day. ”

We were helped immediately by Faith, she even brought crayons and cow headbands over for my kids! Very sad there is no play area, but the coloring materials helped us. Wish I could order from the table at this location, would be helpful when eating with a toddler. ”
“ Had a really good experience here with a large group. Probably one of the best Ive ever experienced in a feed the multitudes fast food setting. Something that usually takes a ridiculous amount of time to feed a bus full of band kids, took roughly 40 minutes in and out. Plus the staff actually took really good care of us. They were serving breakfast but accommodated our request for waffle fries which were the bomb! Perfect! Best waffle fries Ive ever had! We dipped them in Chick FilA sauce which was the perfect match. We got the spicy chicken biscuit w pickles which was delicious! My daughter and I both loved their lemonade!! Im glad my daughter talked me into giving ChickfilA another chance. ”
